Arrival and departure

What are the arrival and departure times of the accommodations?

The standard arrival time is 8:00 AM and the standard departure time is 11:00 AM. However, we know from experience that flight times may deviate from these times. It is therefore possible to request different arrival and departure times from us. This always happens in mutual consultation.

How do I get the key to my accommodation?

The key for your holiday accommodation can be collected on the day of arrival from the key manager, approximately 2 minutes from the accommodation. The details of the key manager can be found in your reservation confirmation.

Do I have to clean the accommodation before departure?

We charge a cleaning fee of € 90.00 for every stay. You therefore do not have to clean the accommodation. You should not wash bed linen and bath towels yourself. We do ask that you empty the refrigerator and freezer and throw away the contents, together with any contents of the rubbish bins, in the container provided for this purpose on the street next to the house.

What is the address of my accommodation?

The address of the accommodation in question can be found in the reservation request and in the reservation confirmation, as well as the corresponding GPS coordinates.

I have a complaint, what should I do?

Despite the care and efforts of CasasQuesada, you may believe that you have a justified complaint regarding your holiday accommodation. You must initially report this complaint on site and directly by telephone during your stay so that we can take immediate steps. We can be reached by telephone via the following telephone numbers: 0032/489.73.89.48 and 0031/624.79.44.12

To book

Are there fixed arrival and departure days?

We work tailor-made as much as possible. That is why we are flexible in arrival and departure days and we do not have fixed arrival and departure days. It is also possible to request different arrival and departure times from us. This always happens in mutual consultation.

The desired period is not yet online in the availability calendar. Can I make a reservation?

It may be possible to book a period that is not yet online. Please contact us and we will look at the possibilities together.

Can I book additional bed, bath and kitchen linen?

All our accommodations are rented with bed, bath and kitchen linen as standard and the beds are already made for you upon arrival. We also provide standard beach towels.

Is my pet welcome in the accommodation?

Pets are not allowed in our accommodations. Our accommodations are also accessible to people with allergies, so we cannot allow pets.

Can I take an option on an accommodation?

Since, in addition to the booking system on our own website, we also collaborate with other booking platforms, it is unfortunately not possible to take an option on one of our accommodations. 

Payments

When do I have to pay for my stay?

We use the following payment conditions:

  - 30% of the total travel sum within 14 days after the reservation request

  - 70% of the total travel sum no later than 6 weeks before arrival

  - €250.00 deposit (per accommodation) upon key collection on the day of arrival

What are the payment options?

When you book via our website, you can make payments by bank transfer. The payment details required for this can be found in the reservation request and in the reservation confirmation.

How do I pay my deposit and how do I get it back?

We charge a deposit of € 250.00 (per accommodation). This must be paid on the day of arrival at the key collection. After checking and cleaning the home, you will receive it, minus any damage found and/or additional cleaning costs, back to your bank account within 7 days after departure.

Before we call on the deposit, we will always contact the tenant in the first instance.

Insurances

Can I take out travel and/or cancellation insurance through CasasQuesada?

Unfortunately, we know from experience that there are quite a few situations in which you are forced to cancel your holiday or terminate it prematurely. It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance so that you are well insured for these types of situations. This is not possible with us, but it can be done through your own insurance.
